Founder and Executive Chef

Aaron Hubbard

Growing up in the countryside of central Virginia, Chef Aaron Hubbard was introduced to “farm to table” and artisan cooking at an early age. After graduating at the top of his class from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and studying under esteemed chefs Wolfgang Puck, Anne and David Gingrass and Bradley Ogden in San Francisco, Aaron went on to continue to expand his experience at top resorts and private clubs in Sun Valley and Austin. In 2006 Aaron transitioned into teaching when he accepted a position as an instructor of Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu. In 2017 Aaron pursued his dream to open Garnish Kitchen. His goal is to teach the “why” of cooking as much as the “how” and so empower cooks of any level to move beyond the recipe in a warm and welcoming environment. Aaron lives in East Dallas with his wife, Tiffany, and 3 young boys, 1 cat, 2 dogs, 3 chickens, and 20,000 bees.
